Not impressed with the £100 non-refundable deposit policy. At a time when mum dad and daughter feel under pressure to choose the right dress, the family weren’t given the opportunity to discuss in private resulting in a rash decision to avoid the dress being sold to someone else - as we were reminded. Despite cancelling within 24 hours of the visit, deposit had been lost on a dress costing almost £500 and requiring alterations. Please be aware of this and make sure you discuss any desire to purchase in private and not made to feel rushed to avoid loosing £100.
